NDC (New Distribution Capability) is an IATA-supported program that aims to modernize airline ticketing by enabling the exchange of more detailed, personalized flight information. Instead of simply selling a ticket, NDC allows airlines to offer a wide range of ancillary services and products, like baggage, seats, and meals, alongside the flight. This data exchange standard, using XML, facilitates more personalized travel offers and a better booking experience.
